Yes, you may use RDS to connect to your server. RDS service can be turned on and off via the ColdFusion Administrator.

Yes, by default ColdFusion installs with Flash Remoting enabled.

Yes, the Report Builder is installed with ColdFusion.

Installation of ColdFusion patches often requires the ColdFusion services to be stopped & started as well as possibly changing the functionality of ColdFusion. Therefore, we do not install ColdFusion patches. ColdFusion patches may be downloaded from the Adobe website and installed by the client at their leisure.
